If you are not satisfied with your product we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange- although we hope you will be!

You must return the goods in their original condition within 7 working days of delivery and we will issue a refund to you within 30 days provided the goods are returned in a saleable condition.
Postage will be paid by you the customer on all returned goods. Please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Orders shall normally be accepted if the products that you order are available and your payment method is authorised for the transaction. Your card or Paypal account will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be given a full refund.
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of payment being received. If there is a lead-time on a product we will let you know by email as soon as we can.
We take payment via Paypal as it is fast, safe and secure. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can still use a debit or credit card to pay for your item(s).
As soon as payment is received and your item(s) have been dispatched we will email you to confirm your purchase is on its way.
Please make sure you enter your address details carefully. Incorrect addresses will result in your item being returned to us and you are liable to pay for postage again.
